This information is used solely for engagement intake — to understand what you need, reach you with a response, and deliver the requested security services.
Engagement submissions are retained for 90 days in Cloudflare KV storage, then automatically deleted. IP addresses used for rate limiting expire after 1 hour.
Your data is not sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties. It is not used for advertising. Cloudflare processes requests as infrastructure provider under their Data Processing Addendum.
To request deletion of your submission data before the 90-day automatic expiry, email [email protected] with your engagement ID.
