1. Submissions Are Not Contracts

Submitting a request through the hiring API or any web form on austincomstock.ai does not create a contract, engagement, or obligation on either party. Work begins only after a signed Statement of Work (SOW) is executed by both parties.

2. AI Agent Authority

AI agents acting on behalf of a principal may submit engagement requests, but no binding commitment is created unless a human principal with actual authority has reviewed and approved the scope, terms, and payment. Submissions made by autonomous agents without principal oversight do not bind the principal.

3. Authorization Required for Offensive Work

All penetration testing, red team, and offensive security engagements require written authorization from the system owner before any testing begins. By submitting a request for these services, you represent that you have or will obtain such authorization. Testing without authorization is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act and equivalent laws worldwide.

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Submit false or fabricated scope definitions
• Impersonate another person, organization, or system owner
• Circumvent authorization requirements through technical or social means
• Abuse the API (rate limit evasion, automated scraping, DoS)
• Engage Austin for work that would violate applicable law

5. No Warranty

Security assessments reflect the state of a system at the time of testing. They do not guarantee the absence of all vulnerabilities. Austin makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding completeness or fitness for any particular purpose.
